The Netherlands have reached the championship game at the 2010 European Championship with a 15-0 rout in five innings against Sweden on Friday evening in Heidenheim. They are now 4-0 in the final round and 7-0 overall. The Dutch team scored in each of the five frames, highlighted by five-run rallies in the first and fifth. Sweden now is 2-2 in the final round. They conclude the Euros on Saturday evening in Stuttgart against Germany.

Sidney de Jong went deep and drove in three. Raily Legito went 3-for-4 with two runs and three RBI. Dwayne Kemp also picked up two RBI. On the mound David Bergman (W 1-0) cruised to an easy win, allowing just two hits and a walk in five innings. He struck out eight. After making the trip from Stuttgart to Heidenheim, Sweden’s pitchers Peter Jansson (L 0-1) and Michael Andersson never got into the game, conceding eight, respective seven runs.
